The Night & Limited Visibility Diver specialty course provides you with the knowledge and skills to plan and conduct nighttime or limited visibility recreational dives while minimizing risks.
Areas of instruction include dive planning and preparation, limited visibility-specific equipment and techniques, buddy system techniques, signals and communications, problem solving, and emergency procedures,.
Requirements for this course include Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver certification or equivalent. As a certified diver, it is expected that you will furnish and be responsible for the care and maintenance of your own diving equipment. We will assist you in checking that all your gear is adequate and in proper working order.
Practical training will include at least 2 open water dives at depths between 40 and 80 feet.
