The Underwater Digital Imaging specialty course is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge to capture quality images and videos underwater and to minimize the risks of such tasks.
Areas of instruction include selected underwater photography and videography equipment, photo and/or video techniques, lighting techniques, fundamentals of photography and/or videography, underwater camera and/or video techniques and underwater problem resolution.
Requirements for this course include Open Water Scuba Diver certification or equivalent. As a certified diver, it is expected that you will furnish and be responsible for the care and maintenance of your own diving equipment. We will assist you in checking that all your gear is adequate and in proper working order.
Practical training will include a pool dive and least 2 open water dives at depths up to 60 feet.
